Tips for Attending the Ultimate Bridal Show
Are you ready for the Ultimate Bridal Show?
Being prepared always pays off!
1. Address Labels
Throughout the show, there will be many opportunities to enter exciting prize giveaways at Exhibitor’s booths besides our Door Prize Draws. Bring pre-printed address labels for prize entries to save time while filling out ballots. Include your name, wedding date, email address, and contact info. Pro Tip: You can create a new personal email address just for the show to keep everything separated and not miss out opportunities.
2. Plan Ahead
Allow time for parking if you are coming down just before the Fashion Show! Paid parking is available in the parking garage but there is also a parking lot just to the side on Springdale Street (the large City of St. John’s parking lot) which you can park in free of charge and just walk around to the main entrance at the turn circle/court garden (Barter’s Hill). Planning a full day? Take a break for lunch at Pinnacle in the hotel, then head back in for another browse.
3. Bring Your Squad
Attending with friends always make the day more fun and exciting! Gather your squad – wedding party, fiancé, bestie, and loved ones and make a day of it with them. Their input can also help with decision-making!
4. Collect Info
Collect as much literature as you can from every vendor. You can always review them at home in a cozy spot with a glass of wine or cup of tea and jot down notes :)
5. Stay Organized
Snap pics of what you like with booth signs for reference, so you know who it was and what you liked about their booth.
6. Be Payment Ready
Bring your credit card or cash with you in case you want to book any services or hold your wedding date with an Exhibitor! Some of the BEST discounts will be given at the show.
7. HAVE FUN!
