The Ultimate Bridal Show Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions

Ticket valid only for the event for which it was issued. Ticket and service fees are not refundable. Tickets are not transferable. It is against the law to reproduce or attempt reproduction of a ticket. Blackwood Events will not be held liable for amenities promised by promoters, VIP or otherwise. Holder releases Blackwood Events / The Ultimate Bridal Show (releases) from all liability, claims or causes of action for injuries or damages arising out of their attendance at this event. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED BY BLACKWOOD EVENTS EXCEPT FOR FORCE MAJEURE CONDITIONS (ACTS OF GOD) IN WHICH CASE THE HOLDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR A TICKET VOUCHER/CREDIT FOR THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET.

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, without limitation, injury, injury from objects, acts of others, etc., and holder agrees that the facility, promoter, organization, agents, participants, sponsors, vendors and/or related persons are not responsible or liable for any injuries, expenses, claims or liabilities resulting from such causes. 

Completion of the bride registration form is required for all brides to be able to enter the Door Prize Draws and benefit from special bride perks. If you are purchasing a ticket for a bride, you must choose either a VIB/VIG Ticket or The Bride Ticket, and the Registration Form will be prompted at the checkout. For all other members of your party, you can purchase General Admission Tickets. For the cash prize draw, the winner must be present to claim. For all other door prizes, we will contact you if not claimed on site. To claim any prize, you must have confirmed show attendance. No-show ticket holders are not allowed to enter the prize draw and cannot claim any prizes.
